Our Story

Hello everyone!

My name is Maria Rey, founder of Flan d’Ari, a brand inspired by my daughter, Ari, who shares my deep love for flan desserts. Becoming a mom sparked my passion for baking, as I wanted to provide my children with wholesome, yet indulgent, treats. Like many mothers, I strive to balance health and joy in what I serve, and desserts are no exception.

 

About 10 years ago, I started experimenting with new flavors for flan cakes, and it quickly became more than just a hobby—it became a labor of love. After leaving a toxic work environment, I decided to pursue this passion full-time, focusing on crafting the best flan cakes, filled with care and dedication. When my customers tell me that my flan brings them happiness and comfort, I know I’ve succeeded in my mission.

 

I am excited to continue sharing these luxurious, joy-filled flan cakes with my family, friends, and anyone who is curious to experience them.
